Returns

 

  • Please contact customer service at "sales@toolguyrepublic.com" for more information on returning an item.
  • Please return new and unused products only with freight prepaid.  We will refund you as soon as the return is received and processed. Return period is 14 days after purchase. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Items that have been abused or modified from their original condition will not be accepted.

    Warranty

    Tool Guy Republic warrants all tools to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defect in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If the defective equipment or tool is determined to be covered under this warranty, it shall be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion without charge, provided that the equipment or tool must be returned with proof of purchase. This warranty shall not apply to damage due to accident, negligent use, lack of maintenance, abuse or applications other than the specific function the equipment or tool is designed for.

        FAQ

        When will my order ship?

        All orders are processed within 1 business day. We usually pack and ship orders between 8:00am and 12:00pm daily. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed and ship the following business day. Large freight ltl shipments may require an additional handling day.

        Why not just buy on Amazon?

        Buying direct from TGR ensures you're getting the best pricing available. Other sales channels have many fees associated with them, we would rather pass the savings along to our customers. You also guarantee that you are getting real TGR branded quality products rather than cheap copies.

        I want to pay for faster or overnight shipping. What should I do?

        Contact us and we can set up a rate and transit time that best suits your needs.
